• CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION: CC&E has the capacity and know-how to assist our clients from beginning to end in any building envelope construction project.  Our construction observation services include:

  • Coordinate the contractor’s construction schedule and phasing of work and review the mobilization plans, general condition requirements, safety considerations, and any special project conditions.

  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the work.

  • Prepare and submit field reports, documented with photographs.

  • Prepare a detailed written report following each site visit.
